A national multicultural social change organization founded in 1983, supports community-based development in poor rural areas through hands-on projects, education and skills building, leadership development and networking.
Rural Communities Assistance Corp.
VC-CV is working with the Rural Communities Assistance Corp. to provide a leadership training for existing and potential leaders (youth included) that focuses on a specific project the group can accomplish over the four-month process. American Commons Media is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to exploring the social and economic histories of American groups who have been marginalized or invisible in the standard historical narratives. Our work is bringing these stories into the larger national conversation by way of film and digital media.
